Breeders Cup 2015 – The Contenders

In a couple of weeks, the focus of the gambling world will be towards the Breeders Cup 2015 thoroughbred championships to be held at Keeneland Racecourse from October 30-31. It’s a good time to put aside some of your best sports betting systems and start compiling your betting strategies for the best two days of horse racing in North America.

3. Honor Code – Currently ranked the best older horse in US after victories in the Grade I Metropolitan Mile and Grade I Whitney Handicap.
4. Gleneagles – Top European invader is trained by top Irish trainer Aiden O’Brien. Been seeking spot after scratching several times due to soft turf conditions.

The Turf (1 1/2 miles on turf for 3-year-olds and up for a purse of $3,000,000)

1. Golden Horn – Europe’s top campaigner after winning four Group 1 events, including the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe.
2. Big Blue Kitten – Two-time Grade I winner in 2015 with the Joe Hirsch Turf Classic S. and United Nations to his credit.
3. Big John B – Top West Coast turfer after winning last three, including the Grade II Del Mr Handicap.

The Distaff (1 1/8 miles on dirt for 3-year-olds and up F&M for a purse of $2,000,000)

1. Sheer Drama – Winner of Grade I Personal Ensign and Grade I Delaware Handicap
2. I’m a Chatterbox – Winner of Grade I Cotillion and Grade I Coaching Club American Oaks.
3. Stellar Wind – Winner of Group I Kentucky Oaks
