The brief was submitted to the Ohio Supreme Court this week by the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce along with the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, police and trade unions and Lebanon City School District. The filing is in response to an ongoing lawsuit alleging Gov. John Kasich acted unconstitutionally when he decided to legalize video lottery terminals at Ohio’s seven horse tracks.
