A $450,000 Cash 5 jackpot from Monday’s drawing was split by two winning tickets sold in Allegheny and Schuylkill counties, Pennsylvania Lottery officials announced Tuesday. Each ticket correctly matched all five balls, 01-02-15-20-23, to each win $225,000, less 25 percent federal withholding.
