A state lawmaker says Ohio’s casinos that have fallen short of their financial promises shouldn’t be allowed to use freebies to attract high rollers. Legislation that is set to be proposed in the coming week would stop casinos from giving out promotional gambling credits if the casinos haven’t met revenue projections that were made before Ohio voters approved the casinos six years ago.
