When the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and newly formed Clique Hospitality open Clique, an avant-garde lounge concept, in the Book & Stage area of the Cosmopolitan this month, Clique will join a, well, clique of new bars and lounges sprinkling the Strip, nearby casino resorts and other locales . While these watering holes are new to the scene, the Strip pricing hasn’t changed, with many of the cocktails concocted by mixologists priced at $15 to $20 apiece.
