Bottiglia, an Italian restaurant, and Borracha, a Mexican eatery, are set to open at Green Valley Ranch Resort in April and , respectively. Mercadito will operate under its current name at Red Rock Resort until its grand reopening as the rebranded Libre in early 2016.
