Firefighters say a small oxygen bottle apparently started a $150,000 fire at a vacant Las Vegas apartment building occupied by squatters. Las Vegas Fire & Rescue information officer Tim Szymanski says the fire started Sunday southwest of the Stratosphere, becoming the third fire in the area involving squatters in less than two months.
