GAN ink first Vegas deal; Play4Fun launch in Washington; myVegas adds Borgata

Online gaming software firm GAN (formerly GameAccount Network) has inked a free-play online casino deal with Nevada brick-and-mortar casino operator American Casino & Entertainment Properties (ACEP).

GAN has agreed to provide its Simulated Gaming product to ACEP’s four Nevada properties, including the Stratosphere Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, with a launch expected before the year is through. ACEP is the fifth commercial US casino operator to adopt the product and marks the first Vegas deal for GAN.

GAN CEO Dermot Smurfit, who moved his family from Ireland to Vegas earlier this year, said breaking into America’s top casino market had long been a priority for his firm. ACEP director of gaming development Alec Driscoll praised the GAN team’s “ability to execute swiftly to bring us online, the power of their technical platform and the merits of their Simulated Gaming model.”
