Investigators say the man convicted of tampering with Iowa Lottery equipment to win a Hot Lotto jackpot helped friends and family cash in jackpots from several other state lotteries. Edward Tipton, of Norwalk, was convicted of fraud and sentenced to 10 years in prison for trying to collect a 16-million dollar Hot Lotto jackpot in December 2010.
