Minnesota gaming company Lakes Entertainment Inc. closed on its $341 million purchase of Golden Entertainment, but the merged company will keep Golden’s name, CEO and headquarters in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Review-Journal has final details of the merger – most of which were outlined in January – and prospects for the combined company, which owns owns four casinos as well as slot operations in Nevada and Montana.
