The Ohio High School Athletic Association has been operating on a deficit as far as cross country has been concerned. In the April 16 minutes of the OHSAA Board of Directors, it states the organization has lost anywhere from between $53,000 to 57,000 in its four regional sites of Boardman, Pickerington, Tiffin and Troy.
