Online poker revenue hits all-time lows in New Jersey, Delaware

New Jersey’s regulated online gambling market saw revenue rise by one-sixth year-on-year in September, although the sum represented a slight decrease from the previous month.

The casino figure is virtually unchanged from August’s total but poker’s tally is about $200k less than August’s $1.98m, ending the vertical’s two-month streak of positive growth and marking a new record low for the vertical. Simply put, PokerStars cannot arrive soon enough.

At the individual level, sites operating under the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa’s online license led the pack with $3.38m in revenue, with $2.43m from casino and $950k from poker. Caesars Interactive Entertainment sites generated $2.65m, with $1.83m from casino and nearly $821k from poker.
