Stockholders of Pinnacle Entertainment rejected seven proposals offered by hotel and restaurant workers union UNITE HERE that would have changed the regional casino company’s bylaws concerning shareholders rights. The vote took place Tuesday at the Las Vegas-based company’s annual meeting.
