Grove City Council voted unanimously June 15 to go along with the list developed by the city’s Racetrack Redevelopment Committee. It includes: $1.36 million for the restoration and relocation of West Water Run; $750,000 for demolition and site cleanup, environmental assessment and utility master planning; and $295,000 for the design and construction of a 10-foot-wide greenway trail and path.
