UFC Fight Night Greenville betting preview

UFC fans might be in betting withdrawal right now because there was no card last weekend – it’s rare that will happen this year thanks to the organization’s new multi-billion-dollar deal with ESPN. The network wants live UFC programming every weekend.

The UFC has staged some events in some of the most exotic locations in the world over the years, but that’s not exactly the case for this Saturday’s Fight Night card as the UFC visits South Carolina for the first time ever. The card in Greenville is headlined by a bout between featherweight contenders Renato Moicano and Chan Sung Jung from Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

Max Holloway is the current featherweight champion and the 30-year-old Brazilian Moicano (13-2-1), who is also known as Renato Carneiro, is the -200 favorite. He had a two-fight winning streak snapped in February when he lost to former long-time featherweight champion and legend Jose Aldo by second-round TKO. That fight essentially went off as a pick’em.
